Account verification is carried out for your own security. It ensures that only you have control over your account. You'll typically need to submit a photo of your National ID (NID) or passport along with a selfie. Once verified, your withdrawal limit increases and your account becomes fully active.

After logging in, you can update certain details from your account settings, such as your contact address and preferred language. However, to change core information like your name or date of birth, at the Help Center contact us and submit the required documents.
Login & Security

After logging in, go to Account Settings and enable Two-Factor Authentication under the "Security" section. From then on, you'll receive a one-time OTP on your mobile every time you log in. This protects your account from unauthorized access. We strongly recommend keeping this feature enabled at all times.

Generally, only one active session is allowed per account. Logging in from a new device may automatically end your previous session. For security, always log out after each use — especially on shared devices.

Betting & Odds

Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled. However, a Cash Out option is available for some events, allowing you to close your bet and take a partial payout before the match ends. This feature is not available on all events. on the Bets page Find out more.

Odds are displayed in decimal format. Multiply your stake by the odds to get your total return. For example, a ৳100 bet at odds of 2.5 would return ৳250 in total if you win (a profit of ৳150). Your bet slip always shows the potential payout before you place a bet.
